Help in the on-boarding of at-least 5 employers offering the BFSI role (Banks, NBFCs, SFBs, Fintech companies, MFIs etc.).
The key goals under the project were:
- Strategizing outreach to banks (MFIs/commercial banks) and getting our foot in the door.
- Finalization of potential partners based on the defined criteria.
- Study the current practice/process/content of training the loan staff (entry level) and branch managers.
- Partnership with large MFIs and Business Correspondents.
Mix of secondary and primary research methods were deployed to achieve the set objectives and goals. The list of potential partners was prepared based on the data available in the public domain (SaDhan, MFIN, RBI, World Bank, etc.). The potential partners were virtually contacted and a few meetings with GFI and potential partners were facilitated.
Samavit team supported the client in developing outreach strategy for banks (MFIs/commercial banks). It finalized the potential partners list based on the defined criteria. The team reviewed the current practice/process/content of training the loan staff (entry level) and branch managers.
