The gaps, inefficiencies, risk, duplication of work issues were idenfied in the current processes and ‘Should Be’ processes were drawn for community health, skilling, BC network management. Four days strategic planning workshop was held with the CDOT senior management team to review and develop business plan for next 1-2 years.
